Tucor® RK Series Controllers provide a wide range of solutions to irrigation control for both the consumer and professional markets, while maintaining common features for ease in installation, programming, and day-to-day use. Two versions of the series are available: the RK Consumer series and the RK Professional series. The Consumer series is available in 12 or 24 valve configurations, and the Professional series is available in 12, 24 and 48 valve configurations. Among other features, each series supports flow and rain sensor inputs, a master valve/pump control output, an integral modem, a separate RS-232 communication port, PC-based software, multiple schedules, steps/schedule and start times/schedule, automatic call-out alarming, remote event recording, and data transfer to a PC for data logging. The RK Professional is available in outdoor mounting with integral transformer.

The RK PRO 12/24/48 Irrigation Controller is based on proven Tucor® irrigation control technology. The RK PRO series has all the features and capabilities as the RK Consumer series, plus more. Like the Consumer series, the RK PRO can be wired as a stand-alone controller or in parallel with any manufacturers’ irrigation controller, allowing for the manual operation of the existing controller. Also, a built-in modem provides for remote connection and control using Tucor’s PC-based window software, supports rain and flow sensor inputs, multiple master pump/valve outputs, and event/alarm monitoring. The PRO extensions to the RK Series include extensive alarm and event reporting, as detailed to a per valve basis, with report data displayed and logged on a PC using Tucor’s Logview™ Software and Microsoft® Excel™.

The RK Professional also supports global PC-based communications, such as auto-call for log data, and event alarming on a per valve basis. With the ability to sense common wire current, all RK series controllers can operate stand alone or in series with existing controllers. The RK Series can communicate via the internet and has ET watering.
