Harmony, PA – October 8, 2025 –It is with a heavy heart that Tucor announces the passing of Larry Sarver, its founder and president, on Monday, September 29.
Through founding Tucor in 1995, Larry pioneered “2-Wire” technology in the domestic irrigation market, developed countless products, and was awarded seven patents. Throughout his 30 years as founder and president of Tucor, Larry carved a reputation as a forward-thinking and principled leader.
Maggie Sarver, Vice President and daughter of Larry, noted his indelible legacy and course for Tucor in the following statement:
“Tucor’s founder and my father, Larry Sarver, passed away after a hard-fought battle with Pancreatic cancer on Monday, September 29th.
My dad was truly one-of-a-kind, and there is nothing that could have truly prepared his loved ones for a loss like his.
Tucor will forever remain an embodiment of Larry; a company with an uncompromising mission, market-leading standards, and unwavering principles. The whole Tucor team takes comfort in knowing that Larry was more excited than ever with Tucor’s direction in these past few years.”
As part of his transition into retirement, Larry oversaw the next generation of Tucor leadership, led by Maggie.

Larry and the team have taken care to ensure that Tucor will continue in its current structure, and there will be no changes in the operation of the company.
