Harmony, PA (July 15, 2024) – Tucor has launched an update to its existing UFMV-A, the company announced today. Designed for confined areas, Tucor’s patented flow meter & master valve combination provides low-flow accuracy and leak detection in an easy-to-install package. Key enhancements for the UFMV-A include the addition of a six-digit display that displays flow rate and consumptive flow total. The update also removes any need for an additional component, formerly the “K-Factor Configurator”, simplifying installation.

The Tucor Ultrasonic Flow Meter Master Valve Assembly (“UFMV-A”) connects smart irrigation controllers with flow meters (ultrasonic) in limited spaces, without the 10-in-5 out pipe diameter rule. The UFMV Assembly’s compact design is ideal for sites with space limitations, consumptive water use measurement mandates, and drip irrigation management needs.
